Hello and welcome to Bible Breadcrumbs. I’m so glad you are here! As most of us know, the world is full of deception of every kind, and as a Christian, it can be difficult to know who to follow and who to give our attention to. Because of this, I have created Bible Breadcrumbs to combat lies and deception with the truth of God’s word. I want to help readers to apply biblical concepts and teachings to their everyday lives and help them understand they are not alone. God has equipped us with everything we need to fight the enemy head on. It’s time we stop living in darkness, allowing the enemy to define us, and start accepting our identity in Christ.
Gone are the days of passive Christian living, if there ever was such a time. We must be proactive in our walk with Christ, taking on the full armor of God, and no longer allowing the enemy to advance any further. While the world dives deeper into sin, we must hold the line and take this spiritual warfare seriously.
But before we go any further, I would like to tell you more about who I am and how Bible Breadcrumbs came to be. I would like to start off by saying I do not have a PHD in Bible Theology and I do not have any professional training. Every part of me has been shaped and molded by the hands of our Holy Father. I’m a regular person with a passion for growing the kingdom one blog at a time.
I started going to church when I was roughly 8 years old, though I do remember going to church with my grandmother when I was a small child. I loved being at church and I had such a hunger for God. As I got older, though, the world became more and more attractive. I wanted to fit in and have friends, so I start doing things that took me away from God. By the age of 18, I had turned my back on God and had no intentions of returning to Him. 13 years went by without the covering of God and my life was a hopeless mess. I had lost all trust in man and delved deep into seclusion. But, as an extremely sociable person, this took a toll on my mental health, and I was destroying my marriage. In desperation, my husband reached out to an acquaintance he barely knew. We were then invited to church and the rest is history.
